Job Description

LHH is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Agoura Hills. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.


Responsibilities

  • Creates, produces, and edits forms in Microsoft Word with dropdowns, date pickers, tracking and editing restrictions.
  • Sends emails to affiliates and clients requesting outstanding information.
  • Maintains office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and verifying orders.
  • Digitizes and files hard copy documents.
  • Sends out and tracks document completion.
  • Provides support to Human Resources.
  • Assists with tracking and maintain insurance documents.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Creates, edits, and secures Word, Excel, and PDF documents to prevent unwanted changes.
  • Assists with purging of company data.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assists in editing company policy and procedures.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, in-person, etc.
  • Fills out forms and templates.


Qualifications


  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Compensation

$20 to $23 per hour
