Job Details


  • Keep track of inventory for supplies, promotional items, stationery, volunteers, and technology assets.
  • Manage volunteer programs within the office, ensuring volunteers have necessary information and resources.
  • Supervise operations of the to optimize inventory and order fulfillment processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for donors, vendors, and volunteers, addressing their inquiries via email or phone.
  • Maintain a well-organized and stocked office environment for staff and visitors.


Minimum Requirements


  • Ability to multitask and adapt priorities as required.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Preferred interest in the humanitarian industry.
  • Approachable, friendly, and personable demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both within a team and when working independently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
