Job Description
Primary Skills: Administrative Support, Microsoft Programs, Soft Skills
Contract Type: W2
Experience: 10 or more years
Duration: 6 months contract with possible conversion to permanent
Location: San Jose, CA (on site)
Job Responsibilities
  • Finalizes, proofreads, and edits letters and documents, on occasion develops, edits, and completes presentations and other materials
  • Assists with organization of meetings, travel needs, and coordination need and coordinates and manages holiday schedules and vacation coverages
  • Drafts scheduled announcements and memos for the team (e.g., promotions, new hires, etc.), assists the Directors in Business Development with scheduling and administrative support
  • Assembles right materials and agendas to prepare for meetings, supporting and managing the constantly changing org chart for the department in Visio
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Good sense of style for PowerPoint presentations
  • Acute attention to detail, follow-through, confidentiality, and deadlines; precise in execution
  • Tech-savvy, aptitude for learning new technologies (Smart Sheets, Visio, Zoom, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
