You'll Get a Chance To


  • Greet and attend to clients, either in person or on the phone
  • Facilitate information sharing between Aldrich offices
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere in the office
  • Receive, review and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate facility needs with property management group
  • Assist with answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide other administrative support as needed and requested
  • Manage conference rooms, update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Act as a primary point of contact between staff and clients
  • Arrange courier and overnight services as needed
  • Assist team members in finding solutions to administrative needs
  • Coordinate, manage and file electronic paperwork


What You Bring To The Team


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Sound judgment and ability to exercise complete discretion when dealing with clients and confidential information
  • Prior experience in a professional office environment
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to work independently and take initiative

What You Should Know


This is a full-time position and will be required to be onsite. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
