Job Description

Our client a prestigious University is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. Must be able to work on-site daily and all employees must be vaccinated.

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of Zoom and social media (YouTube) platforms
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent oral, organizational, and writing/editing skills for preparing and/or editing documents and reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with the University’s internal and external constituents.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in MS Office Suite of Applications and integrated database systems required.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
