Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to the company president, assisting with operational needs, general administrative duties, and maintaining the company’s social media pages. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has excellent time management skills, has good written and verbal communication skills, and is a good problem solver.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer phone calls for company president and take messages as needed
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for company president
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Maintain inventory of and order office supplies
Research and create presentations
Generate reports
Handle multiple projects
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
Maintain company social media pages
Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Google Workspace
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
