Job Description

: Assistant to Owner

Responsibilities: Overseeing clerical tasks, answering calls,taking and deliveringmessages, reviewing emails, problem solving, occasionally researching credit card disputes, assist with shipping and labels, run errands as needed, taking inventory of supplies and communicating with vendors to order supplies as needed, organizing schedules and events, assisting with social media management andother responsibilities as determined by management.

Candidate Requirements: Successful candidates will have Administrative Assistance experience. Exceptional multitasking skills. Well organized and detail oriented. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new events as they are administered. Interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional time management skills. Customer service skills and basic skills with commonly used computer software.

Salary: Commensurate with skill set

Hours: Approximately 15 to 20 per week
