A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As an Administrative Assistant, you are crucial to our success! In this role, your primary responsibility is to help manage the office and handle the day-to-day back end of the business to ensure success for our team members. This includes but is not limited to managing employee benefits and overseeing the onboarding of new employees and exit procedures. Additionally, you maintain and update employee records with items such as salary increases, time-off requests, workers comp, and more. You also effectively maintain timesheet accuracy and manage payroll breakdown for technicians.
Qualifications For An Administrative Assistant
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience working as administrative staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
