Job Description
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Design Department Coordinator with daily functions including project setup, weekly report creation and simple accounting tasks in our ERP systems.
Key Roles
  • Administrative Support
  • Employee Support
  • Time Card Submittals
Essential Job Functions
  • Assist with weekly invoicing
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Create Change Requests
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Communicate/assist team members regarding time entry
  • Standard accounting tasks utilizing ERP systems
  • Complete weekly reports
  • New job setup
Skills And Abilities
  • Must have excellent time management skills and work habits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Education And Experience
  • 2-3 years of office/administrative experience
  • High School Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
