Description
Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team.
Responsibilities
  • Handling administrative requests and queries from Labor Manager.
  • Handle mail and small office FedEx shipments.
  • Assisting Production Manager and Inventory Manager with Data entry.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings.
  • Creating and maintaining office supply lists.
  • Receiving packages.
Requirements
  • Must have excellent communication skills via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have ability to multitask
  • Must have professional demeanor
  • Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
