The Nagler Group, a dynamic HR, Administrative, and Legal staffing company, is currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our financial tech client in Quincy MA. We are looking for an experienced candidate with a minimum of 1+ years of administrative support in a fast-paced environment, combined with a completed bachelor's degree.

Monday to Friday- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities
- Skillfully schedule and coordinate on-site/off-site meetings on behalf of the team, managing logistics for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and other scheduled meetings.
- Act as a proficient liaison between internal and external customers, fostering efficient communication and seamless interactions during office visits.
- Expertly arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring a streamlined and hassle-free experience.
- Handle expense report management with precision and attention to detail.
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, dinners, and associated packages/decks to support meetings, contributing to the smooth execution of high-level corporate events.
- Efficiently manage and maintain day-to-day calendars for the financial department, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
- Exceptional ability to manage the complexity of expenses as necessary for the executive team.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within a financial setting.
- A highly organized and proactive personality that enables you to schedule and coordinate meetings for our executives with hectic schedules and competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to interact effectively with personnel at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in all aspects of the MS Office Suite of programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
