Description


The Administrative Assistant supports the daily efficiency of the Catalyst Family Inc. office, which includes about 45 professional staff. Position is a liaison and resource for centers in region with corporate office, providing communication and support as needed.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support Senior Administrative assistant in coordinating all office events or meetings as needed.
  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, copying, filing, coordinating meetings and schedules, making travel arrangements, distributing mail and maintaining postage machines, and other day-to-day activities.
  • Various short-term and long-term projects as needed.
  • Effective, respectful communication with parents to meet their needs and answer their questions.
  • Providing general support for the office and Site Supervisors in the centers.
  • Creating, maintaining and distributing various lists and reports to the regional office and staff in the centers.
  • Managing relationships with outside vendors for office supplies, shipping, printing needs, etc.
