We are looking for a driven and curious Document Control Professional to support our Executive Program Management Team, in Orlando, Florida.

As a key member of our Orlando executive program management team, you’ll be coordinating and administering activities and documents for multiple project managers and other senior leadership in support of a $550M aviation capital development program.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience working in a collaborative team made up of project and construction management professionals and other support personnel.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Procore, Projectsight, (or similar Project Management Information or Contract Administration System)
  • Taking and issuing meeting minutes, drafting correspondence, filing documents, and general office duties as required.
