- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Purchase Order Reconciliation
- Manage Internal Supply Orders
- Performance standards entry & calculations for the RSC.
- High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. (Bring samples of work to interview). Ability to create graphs in Microsoft Office products.
- Creates and actively manages the system log-on IDs for all team members in the RSC.
- 1-2 Years of Administrative Experience preferred.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization from senior level to hourly.
- Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and team objectives. Demonstrates a passion for doing it right the first time.
- Shift Hours: Ability to work a flexible schedule. Base schedule is 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday - Friday
- 1-2 Years of Administrative Experience preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
- High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while remaining committed to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
