Family Assistant Jobs

Busy professional couple with a home in Winnetka looking to hire a Family Assistant. There is nanny coverage seven days a week for the three children, as well as a cleaning service that comes twice a week. The ideal candidate is hyper organized and has a keen eye for detail. Mom has a heavy work travel schedule and needs assistance with her wardrobe, packing, and personal errands.

Responsibilities Include

• Maintain master suite
• Cook healthy meals for the family and stock the kitchen
• Support Mom with packing and maintain her wardrobe
• Primary responsibility of grocery shopping and errands
• Pitch in with kids if nanny is out for any reason. Dad works from home and is very hands-on with the kids.
• Direct cleaning service that comes twice a week

The right person loves being a homemaker and will have similar related experience, be flexible, discreet, and able to work alongside a well-established household team.

Generally, a Monday through Friday schedule, noon to 8:00pm. Some overnight and additional hours are needed on occasions.

Compensation potential of $40-45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, paid time off and standard paid holidays are offered.
