Job Description
About The Company


Our client, one of New York City’s most prominent family-run and vertically integrated Real Estate Investment Companies, is looking to hire an experienced accountant to manage the Accounts Payable process for the firm. This individual will work with various stakeholders and have responsibility over multiple processes including a large volume of payables.


Responsibilities


  • Assist in various other areas within accounting/finance
  • Take complete ownership of the accounts payable processes
  • Handle a significant volume of workflow
  • Liaise with Executives, Property Managers, Controllers and other professionals to ensure work is completed accurately and within reasonable timelines


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Strong Excel Skills and YARDI is Required
  • 2-5 years of accounting/accounts payable experience
  • Real estate industry experience a must


Salary Range


$65,000 – $75,000
