Accounting Assistant (Onsite, Not Remote)

Role And Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities:
• Process EOB’s (this is something you may not have done before so it needs to be caught up)
• Entering bank statements, deposits and wires in QB and scanning into folders on R drive,
• Secondary responsibilities:
• Scanning invoices & check copies,
• Research (such as vendors for household needs)
• Mail distribution given to you by Laurinda & Marisa
• Assist in QB cleanup (ongoing)
• Obtaining signatures for documentation and checks,
• Other tasks as assigned
• AP scanning
• AR scanning

Preferred Skills

10+ yrs. work experience including 3+ yrs. of Bookkeeping or Accounting support. Proficient in Quick Books, Excel, and Word Microsoft
