Job Description

Account Supervisors at Push oversee and lead a portfolio of clients, managing scope and the strategic and business relationship between the client and the agency. The Supervisor will also help lead and manage members of the Account Service team, Account Coordinator through Account Executive, in the day-to-day tasks to fulfill branding, marketing and advertising campaigns and efforts. Additionally, Supervisors are responsible for working collaboratively with all agency departments to ensure smooth execution of all agency services on behalf of the client to foster relationship and business growth for bothparties.


If hired, position requires full-time residence in Orlando, Florida, and will be able to work on a hybrid work schedule: Monday & Tuesday remote, Wednesday through Friday, in-office.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Write and conduct annual reviews of junior to mid-level direct report Account Management teammembers
  • Lead overall client strategy and execute client planning sessions on quarterly or annual basis
  • Oversee billing process and client budgets ensuring accurate and fair management offunds
  • Provide guidance and strategic input on projects and initiatives including but not limited to brand, advertising and marketing campaign efforts andplans
  • SupportAC/AEteam members to ensure day-to-day project tasks of routingfeedback as well as ongoing growth opportunities
  • Support creative team in selling campaign assets and ensure all deliverables align with the brief and strategic businessexpectations
  • Proactively bring to light any avenues for client growth and/or out-of-scope project opportunities, whennecessary/appropriate
  • Review and provide feedback on creative work before team shares with clients to alignment on strategic objectives and businessgoals
  • Draft proposals, SOWs and support any new business efforts, wherenecessary
  • Work closely with Creative, Traffic and Media team leads to ensure client goals and timelines are met effectively andfairly
  • Facilitate the management of expectations between client and agencyteams
  • Guide internal and client teams through challenging business situations
  • Oversee all project initiatives and ensure timely completion, managingscope
  • Understand and monitor client business and related industries to maintain understanding of competitivelandscape
  • Analyze and interpret client feedback and challenges to provide effective and efficient input to internalteams


Qualifications

  • 6-10 years related advertising or marketing industry experience—Account Management experience preferred
  • Experience driving traditional and digital advertising, branding, positioning, brand strategy and misc. marketing efforts
  • Clear understanding of and heavy experience with digital and traditional paid media types, including reporting
  • Degree in Advertising, Communications or Marketing preferred
  • Ability to react professionally and maturely under pressure and in challenging situations
  • Experience managing junior to mid-level team members and fostering team growth
  • Strong leadership skills for both internal and client teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong emphasis on proactive communication
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of agency operations and business
  • Ability to be flexible and nimble, navigating frequently changing client landscapes
  • Positive attitude, fun and driven
  • Experience managing multiple clients at one time effectively and efficiently, in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
