Full Time Position (Remote or Hybrid) Agency experience required.


Grit Studio is currently seeking applicants for an Account Manager, hybrid or remote, to support client services. In this role, the successful candidate will work on various beauty and wellness clients, and show a passion for digital best practices, account management and strategy. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing client accounts and ensuring that the agency delivers high-quality work that meets the client's needs and expectations.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Strategic planning: The account manager is involved in developing marketing strategies and tactics for clients, working with other members of the agency team to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Leading account teams: The account manager leads a team of account coordinators, creatives, and other professionals to execute marketing campaigns that achieve the client's goals.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships: The account manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all communication and managing client expectations.
  • Budget management: The account manager manages the budget for client accounts, ensuring that all spending is tracked and approved by the client.
  • Campaign management: The account manager oversees the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Overall, the account manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the agency delivers high-quality work to its clients and maintains strong relationships with them. The account manager is responsible for managing the account team, overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring that the client's needs and expectations are met.
  • Campaign analysis: The account manager analyzes campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and makes recommendations to the client. Communication and reporting: The account manager communicates project updates to clients and prepares regular progress reports.


We are looking for candidates who:

  • Take ownership over tasks and deadlines / works independently
  • Are receptive to feedback and apt to find solutions
  • Are comfortable in client-facing interactions
  • Can produce “client ready” work and understand the importance of detail oriented accuracy
  • Are super proactive, productive and take initiative


Expectations & qualifications:

  • Strong communications and collaboration skills, including a client driven approach with a can-do attitude
  • 3+ years experience and expertise in D2C retail & e-commerce
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills
  • Applicant must be very punctual, detail oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Experience in luxury beauty, retail, wellness or fashion preferred
  • Applicant must be able to work individually
  • Ability to iterate quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years professional experience in digital marketing account management
