RP is seeking an Account Manager to support RP’s delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with USAID and HHS current and future contracts. As an account manager, you’ll oversee and manage all aspects of customer programs, serving as the primary point of contact between RP and the customer with responsibility for overall portfolio execution and management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk. Additionally, you’ll provide oversight and supervision to Program Staff to ensure program success.
Responsibilities:
  • Establishes, prepares for, and hosts meetings with customers and/or partners while leveraging expert knowledge of the company’s overall capabilities and past performance to assist in shaping, driving, and maintaining current and future relationships
  • Supports the development and execution of strategies and initiatives highlighting required investments, tactics, and risks to achieve growth in account
  • Supports the development and execution of portfolio and program reviews to include monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
  • Supports the development, execution, and maintenance of contract employee onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Oversees and manages all aspects of customer programs, serving as the primary point of contact between RP and the customer with responsibility for overall portfolio execution and management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk
  • Provides oversight and supervision to Program Staff
  • Coordinates across RP’s Growth and Delivery Organizations to communicate knowledge of the customer environment while identifying key discriminators, analyzing capabilities, defining features and benefits, and developing win themes and strategies
  • Identifies, develops, and executes on employee engagement tactics to ensure staff within the account align to RP’s core values, understand the mission, and feel connected to Team RP
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated Project/Program Management skills
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Government’s Federal Acquisition Regulations to include the federal acquisition lifecycle, contract/vehicle types, competition requirements, source selection processes, and small business programs
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Additional industry or military experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mission focused with a proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 5 years of experience supporting or managing federal government contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
