Role Overview


We’re building an exceptional Sales team here at Miter. As an Account Executive, you’ll join one of the most exciting and challenging teams in the company. Your impact will be felt from day one, and you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your sales career while building a dynamic team. - You’ll sell a truly best-in-class product that is incredibly fun to demo with customers. Miter solves real-problems and with nearly immediate time-to-value. - You’ll target one of the largest sectors of the economy, and you’ll own large, attractive territories from day one - with the opportunity to grow into an established regional leader. - You’ll flex your creativity. We have established processes and playbooks that work - but we’re still rapidly experimenting and seeking someone who doesn’t want to follow rote tasks.


You’ll manage inbound leads as well as fine-tune the prospecting process for capturing and closing new business. We’re seeking smart, high-energy candidates who can operate at any stage of the customer journey.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure seamless transition with the Customer Experience team for all new customers
  • Manage inbound leads at every points in the funnel
  • Manage a high-velocity sales process with flawless execution to demo and close new customers
  • Generate pipeline with thoughtful, deliberate outbound campaigns
  • Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene, with smart revenue forecasts

  • 5+ years of sales (SDR or AE) experience (bonus if SaaS + HR + Construction)
