Latch is hiring its first Account Executives
Why Latch?
Contract negotiation is the most time-consuming, costly, and difficult component of the contract lifecycle, and is barely any easier now than when lawyers were using fax machines.
Large language models like GPT-4 have unlocked the ability to solve many contract negotiation problems at scale. No company has figured out what the right UX for this looks like yet, but we believe that we’re getting close.
Latch has raised a pre-seed round from leading investors including GD1, Daniel Gross, Craft Ventures, and Austen Allred.
What would you be doing?
You will have a unique opportunity to be the first sales hire of this team, helping shape how we impact customers at scale.
- Manage our sales pipeline and improve our sales processes
- Proactively execute outbound strategies
- Turn inbound demand into happy Latch customers
- Share insights from prospects to support our product development process
Latch might be a good fit for you if:
- Would describe yourself as being relentlessly resourceful
- Experience working in a startup environment is preferred but not required
- You are excited about the adventure of building a company!
- You have a strong internal sense of urgency. You have a bias towards doing things *today*, rather than tomorrow
- Have a "do what it takes" attitude. You're willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself — you won't have anyone to delegate to
- Have had a closing and quota-carrying role in the past, while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- You excel at navigating ambiguity and adapting to a highly changing environment
Benefits:
- Health and dental insurance - Health coverage is 100% of base plan for employees and 75% of base plan for dependents

- Pay range: $110,000 - $180,000 OTE

We have a strong preference for candidates who can work with us in person in the San Francisco Bay Area.
