Minimum Requirements, Education And Experience

Health Teaching and Health Promotion:

Assists manager/director to evaluate staff performance based on professional practice standards, relevant statues and regulations, and organizational criteria.

Supports staff in meeting their educational needs.

Evaluates assessment practices to assure timely, reliable, valid and comprehensive data collection.

Promotes the integration of clinical and human resource data to support decision-making, which maximizes resource utilization.

Facilitates and empowers registered nurses to assume accountability for patient outcomes in their area of responsibility.

Supports organizational plans related to the delivery of unit based nursing services and patient care.

Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.

One year of experience equivalent to a Youth Aide 6.

Prepares IV pumps and has knowledge on operation of pumps.

Performs miscellaneous clerical assignments, audits, projects and patient studies as directed by the Clinical Coordinator or the Department Manager.

Certification in the specialty area of practice is strongly encouraged

An active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan

Graduate nurses and new RNs are also accepted (Limited Number of Positions)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Prior experience working in an electronic learning management system is highly beneficial

• Coordinates event logistics and schedule management for all employee orientation and other training events

DIRECT REPORTS / SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct reports or supervisory responsibilities.

• Minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing experience required with a solid understanding of hourly manufacturing roles

Must have strong analytical skills to make data-driven business decisions

This role can be located in Detroit, MI but will consider applicants that are remote.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with project management tools (ProCore, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.)

Three years of experience in project-oriented industry with estimating, manufacturing, engineering, and field work.

Excellent communication skills, including oral and written.

Knowledgeable of terms and conditions.

Proactively prevent and resolve customer concerns.
