Job Title: Panel Processing Supervisor
Location: Detroit MI
Salary: $55K-$75K
Requirements: CNC Programming, Wood based Products, Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced CNC operator and team leader with panel processing experience to join our top tier design-engineering organization . What You Will Be Doing
Under guidance of Production Manager- Communicate daily assignments for Panel processing personnel
Direct flow of work through machines and processes in Panel Processing dept, tools include: Beam saw, Lock-dowel machine, V-groover, CNC Routers, Shapers, Stationary Routers, Edge-banders
Plan efficient output/sheet stock coordination (rainbow stacking)
Train/develop talent, Value Chain interface/Relationships with vendors
Organize parts and staging of parts
Production efficiency/ standards
Lead and inspire a small but efficient team through your words and work
What You Need for this Position

• Experience on other Panel Processing Machines (Beam Saw, V-Groover, Edge Bander, Lock Dowel)
• CNC Experience with Wood
• CNC Programming Experience
• Supervisory Experience (small team)
