Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

HVAC EPA, Pool, and/or OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) certification preferred

3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 1 year in multi-family housing

Diagnoses problems and makes repairs including but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and dry walling

Paints and stains, both interior and exterior applications

Perform all service and warranty calls as directed by the dispatcher and/or Electrical Manager.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Follow through on uncompleted calls, order parts, and communicate with the customer.

Inform customers of the Company’s products and services.

Communicate the 5-point safety inspection on each call.

Communicate the A.S.A.P. membership with all customers.

Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
