Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring quality installation, efficiency, and delighted clients by completing Site Visits, Quality Checks, and Recalls and providing technical training and support to the installation department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation Site Visits:

o Visit a minimum of 3 jobs in progress weekly to ensure quality and process adherence.

o Complete the Install Site Visit form for each visit conducted and submit it to the Installation Manager weekly to identify trends and training opportunities.

• Complete the Post install Quality Control Scorecard and submit it to the Installation Manager weekly.
• Quality Checks:
• Perform post-installation Quality Checks on a minimum of 3 completed jobs per week to maintain adherence to the installation process and identify training opportunities.

• Complete all assigned install recalls and zero calls and submit the Install Zero Call Report.
• Facilitate training under the guidance of the Installation Manager to address opportunities, prevent further recalls and minimize customer concerns.
• Installation Recalls and Zero Calls:
• Assist on-call installation technicians as available to provide technical training and support.

• Customer Concerns:
• Handle customer concerns in a proactive and timely manner resulting in a positive experience for the customer.

• Develop quarterly training schedule in collaboration with the Installation Manager.
• Utilize installers to lead training and serve as subject matter experts whenever possible.
• A minimum of 50% of training should engage participants in hand-on activity or active discussion.
• Assist in developing a quarterly training schedule:
• Provide content for training meetings, drawing on trends identified on Site Visits, Quality Checks, and Recalls.

• Be accessible to mentor installers and perform work.
• Answer phone calls, texts, and e-mails from installers to provide on-demand technical support.
• Assist with installations when assigned.
