You will Oversee (and sometimes lead) the data management of Phase 1 through 4 clinical trials in a small development program

Represent Data Management on the Development Core Team and/or Clinical Trial Working Groups as appropriate

Provide direction and leadership in CRO and vendor selection and management.

Be responsible for and manage data management activity of Clinical Data Managers assigned to his/her trials

Coordinate closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Drug Safety, Project Management, and Regulatory to ensure operational excellence.

Contribute to strategic planning to ensure optimized use of data management resources within the area of responsibility

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans.

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Ensure sourcing for candidates includes strong diversity outreach and qualified diverse candidates presented to hiring managers.

Provide a positive and welcoming candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and clear communication.

Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product sales

Maintain thorough knowledge of Company Product(s) and Program

Verify and complete required data entry of call activity in Veeva

Chemistry, Education , Science majors a plus

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in inside and/or field sales required

Scientific product or services experience preferred

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

One year of clerical experience preferred;

One year of clinical experience preferred;

Preferably 2+ years of experience or equivalent combinations of experience, training and/or education in Payroll

Applicant MUST PASS MS Excel and Timekeeping Tests

Must be able to organize workload, adapt quickly to change and deliver under the pressure of deadlines

Must be self-directed and detail oriented

Tutoring experience (great at working with kids)

Conduct small group tutoring session alongside other tutors who will have their own small groups.

Take attendance and run lessons for online learning where applicable.

Responsible for documenting student progress with HeyTutor Dashboard.

Monitoring students’ understanding and interactions with the lesson and assuring every student has a full grasp of the lesson.

Engage and interact with the lessons alongside the students.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and coordinating with other teams as necessary.

Past experience producing content for the web, specifically

Ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and resonate with diverse audiences.

Adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail

Positive attitude and the willingness to constantly learn new things

Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
