Identify the unmet needs of current and potential customers and offer appropriate products and services.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Open new accounts, including compiling and preparing new account paperwork and applications.

Promote and provide information to customers on new and enhanced products, services, promotions, contests, etc.

Promote and cross-sell exciting products and services to current and potential customers to include joint calls with other departments.

Participate in community events to increase bank visibility and develop business opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering/Technology or related field, or eight or more years of related work experience.

1+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to organize work and effectively manage a variety of projects at the same time, while meeting deadlines.

Document work instructions and time study analysis to aide in achieving these standards on the shop floor with the operations team.

Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.

Occasional driving/providing own transportation to make bank deposits, attend management meetings and to other Dollar General stores.

Operate store in store manager’s absence.

Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit controls.

Knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices (deposits, store keys, SAFE and STARS programs, etc.)

Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling, and termination practices including legal compliance and internal processes.

Certification by ARRT in Radiology preferred.

Certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers.

Graduate of a school of Radiology Technology and/or sonography program.

Current and valid Louisiana credentials by the Louisiana Board of Radiology preferred.

Applicant MUST PASS MS Excel and Timekeeping Tests

Must be able to organize workload, adapt quickly to change and deliver under the pressure of deadlines

Must be self-directed and detail oriented

Tutoring experience (great at working with kids)

Conduct small group tutoring session alongside other tutors who will have their own small groups.

Take attendance and run lessons for online learning where applicable.

Responsible for documenting student progress with HeyTutor Dashboard.

Monitoring students’ understanding and interactions with the lesson and assuring every student has a full grasp of the lesson.

Engage and interact with the lessons alongside the students.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and coordinating with other teams as necessary.

Past experience producing content for the web, specifically

Ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and resonate with diverse audiences.
