Support Payroll (processing and policy), HRIS System accuracy, Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Safety and Compliance

Generate reports from HRIS system and complete analysis/recommendations as needed to provide HR trends and managerial insights

3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist

Experience working from shop drawings and verbal instruction.

Current WA State Medical Assistant Certification.

Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire

National certification through the American Associations of Medical Assistants (AAMA) strongly preferred.

1 year of MA experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
