Committed to preventive and predictive maintenance activities while building an employee regimen supporting these processes.

Coordinates with Senior Production Manager and production team to set daily, weekly, and monthly formulation and production schedule.

Manage production, formulation and sanitation teams to hit production targets. Navigate challenges and day to day issues for the production team.

Excellent problem solving and reasoning skills required.

Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics.

Proficient with Google Suite products and Microsoft Office applications including Google Sheets and Excel. ERP/MRP experience preferred.

Knowledge of field organizational strategies

Extensive knowledge of clinical research

Minimum 6 years’ experience in production management, with industry experience.

Coordinates site efforts through Complex General Manager, other complex facilities to achieve quality targets, volume expectations, and delivery requirements.

Manages direct reports in customer service, production, quality, shipping, scheduling and maintenance departments.

Manages plant assets and aligns with strategic plans.

Proven in-depth manufacturing knowledge including manufacturing processes and corrugating and converting equipment.
