Overview A Retention Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain customers and increase customer loyalty. They work with marketing teams to create campaigns that will keep customers engaged and encourage them to continue to purchase products and services. Detailed Job Description The Retention Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain customers and increase customer loyalty. The Retention Marketing Specialist will work with the marketing team to create campaigns that will keep customers engaged and encourage them to continue to purchase products and services. The Retention Marketing Specialist will analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to increase customer retention. They will also work with the sales team to develop customer loyalty programs and incentives. The Retention Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and responding to customer inquiries. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• At least two years of experience in customer retention or marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
