Organizational Change Management Analyst Jobs

Assists in the preparation of visual reports/presentations to present analysis to management

Ensures compliance by performing quality data audits, mining, and management

Interprets, analyzes, and provides insights to teams and managers to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities

May offer guidance to junior analysts, ensuring proper training and tools are provided

Partners with the centralized Data Governance team to implement and support data governance and data quality requirements

Manage resolution of potential obstacles in collaboration with program and project leadership and help guide in mitigation planning or resolution

Three years’ experience in a CM and/or RM analyst position

Knowledge of Agile methodology and be able to identify and escalate any impediments that crop up in all areas of CCRM

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Develop and maintain standardized methods and procedures for IT change management, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Proven experience in IT change management, with a focus on software and infrastructure production changes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify and address potential obstacles and challenges in the change management process.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to IT change management, incorporating new methodologies and tools as appropriate.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Five years of experience in employee communication and change management.

• Prosci change management certification or similar organizational change management certification

• Experience with large-scale change efforts.
