Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Position is based in Lowell, AR, however, Incumbent can be located anywhere within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK).

Job Title: Organizational Change Management Lead

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead plays a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet project objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The OCM Lead will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing organizational change management strategies and plans that maximize associate adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The OCM Lead will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact associates. The OCM Lead will develop and manage the organizational change project plan ensuring it is embedded with technical project plans. The OCM Lead will have to work with many others in the organization to succeed. The OCM Lead will act as a coach for project managers, as well as advise leaders in helping them fulfill the role of executive sponsor and change ambassador. The OCM Lead will also support project teams in integrating organizational change management into their project plans.

The OCM Lead will be responsible for using tools and principles to direct audience assessment, communications strategy planning and execution, communications channel analysis, training requirements, training design and development, sponsorship coaching and training. The OCM Lead will work with the project team leads, sharing information, identifying and raising issues and concerns, and mentoring project team members. The ideal candidate would be comfortable managing a variety of projects and working under tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Use Arvest’s change management methodology across enterprise change initiatives.

• Cultivate relationships with project team members, partners, and leaders to implement change plans, resolve issues, and mitigate resistance.

• Integrate change management methodology and deliverables into the various change initiatives assigned.

• Capture change impacts for initiatives assigned and incorporate changes into the organizational change strategy and mitigation plans.

• Advise and influence project timelines based on change management needs, including appropriately sequencing change management activities to increase adoption.

• Work closely with business partners to better understand specific project(s) OCM requirements.

• Partner with project managers on the design, development, delivery and management of change communications and training plans.

• Understand business processes and technologies used throughout the company to understand key stakeholder challenges and assess the landscape for change.

• Align leadership (e.g., sponsors, VPs and middle management) on key messaging and communication approach.

• Obtain necessary consultation from project stakeholders to ensure that the learning strategy and content support is holistic, streamlined, and cohesive.

• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Toolbox for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Communication, Computer Science, Organizational Behavior or Design, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent work or military experience, required.

• 4 years of experience in Organizational Change Management with demonstrated track record of planning, coordinating, and delivering effectively, required.

• Change Management certification such as CCMP or Prosci, preferred.

• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
