Minimum 5 years’ experience leading school operations, to include project and contract management, budget planning and management, school safety initiatives

Project management, negotiation, change management and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate about complex issues with senior management.

Oversee the management of air, ocean, ground & parcel contract negotiations.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or equivalent.

Lead new product introduction activities into the channels for all inventory management, forward, and reverse logistics processes.

Implement and manage standardized distribution practices and protocols, and related requirements for warehouse, carriers, and related partners.

Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization from senior management to hourly employees.

Manage a team of Lean Leaders. Direct and grow them as they implement lean strategies in multiple plants.

Partner with all functions to define process capabilities, assess gaps and develop gap closure plans.

Manage Key Process Indicators and Targets To Improve (TTI) dashboards for Strategy Deployment Process.
