Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

Review, analyze & manage process risk in the manufacturing environment (PFMEA) & associated mitigation

Oversee the validation and qualification of manufacturing equipment and processes leveraging standard qualification approaches (IQ/OQ/DQ/PQ).

Minimum of five years of engineering experience manufacturing complex mechanical products

Experience in application of Lean engineering principles.

Understanding of Process Capability analysis Strong training and mentoring skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred

4 years related pharmacy experience preferred

Must demonstrate effective writing and verbal proficiency in internal and external communications and documentation procedures, presentation skills

Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and test rigs.

Identify and manage technical outside service providers and contractors (when applicable).

Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the Automotive planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Bachelors Degree or other Technical degree, and/or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training in a Manufacturing Environment.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university with focus on Engineering or related field is required and 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Position offers a starting salary range of $110,500 - $141,500

10 years of engineering experience (prefer combination of manufacturing engineering process ownership responsibilities and project engineering)
