Overview A Guest Experience Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a hotel, resort, or other hospitality setting. They are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. They may also be responsible for providing information about the hotel and its amenities, as well as assisting with any special requests or needs that guests may have. Detailed Job Description A Guest Experience Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a hotel, resort, or other hospitality setting. They are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. They may also be responsible for providing information about the hotel and its amenities, as well as assisting with any special requests or needs that guests may have. They may also be responsible for handling guest complaints and resolving any issues that may arise. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
