TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Skill, Abilities and Capabilities):

Mathematical Skills- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Previous experience in health care or clinical laboratory administration is preferred

Previous experience in the customer service field is preferred

Support all Ambry staff and departments by streamlining outgoing requests

Provide support to preferred clients in a timely and professional manner

Project management experience is preferred

Partner with Campaign managers and In-house agency to create supplier briefings and communications on campaign requirements and KPIs.

Maintain literature management resources and tools.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred)

B2B product distribution environment marketing experience is preferred

Direct leadership experience is preferred.

You have 10+ years of commercial data engineering experience

You have an interest in expanding your skillsets to Data Science in the future would be a big plus

You have experience working with the following cloud and big data services: AWS; Spark; Kafka

8+ years of experience in software development and design with increasing responsibilities and project complexities

A minimum of 1+ year of Salesforce experience (including Salesforce DX)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of source code control platforms such as SVN, Git

Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools such as: Jira, TeamCity, Jenkins, Github Actions, .Net framework, Java front-end.

Solid experience with Web Services

Manage advertising specs and guidelines as new partners are added and as the company and product offerings evolve.

Experience in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager

Resolve IT problems promptly, with good communication, and provide a positive help desk experience

2+ years of experience solving IT problems at the highest level of support

Experience with automation using either Shell scripting, Python or other similar languages a plus

Configure and monitor MacOS and Windows MDM compliance and reporting for SOC 2 audits

Assist users in setting up their Google Workspace account on their phones
