Deep knowledge and experience in sourcing and hiring Sr. Dir and VP level talent.

Strong discernment and ability to assess leadership skills across the Crocs / HeyDude enterprise.

Primary source of recruitment knowledge on trends impacting the footwear and fashion industry.

Ability to develop deep pipelines of diverse and dedicated leaders for future needs.

Strong executive presence with credibility. Will be an executive brand ambassador and culture champion for the Crocs / HeyDude brands.

Manage, lead and develop a team of executive search professionals

Directly manage a workload executing Executive Search mandates, deliver market mapping and insights to inform business hiring decisions

Act as an escalation point for managers handling sensitive and confidential matters; resolving complex issues

Knowledge of financial services and the different business models within the sector and those it serves

Expert in compensation structures and the creation of competitive offers, understanding deferrals and bonus structures

Demonstrated ability to manage complex international hiring processes

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in executive level talent management and/or executive recruitment is required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent work experience is required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing others is preferred.

Knowledge of employment law related to hiring practices is required

Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, build relationships within complex groups, create partnerships and manage projects are required

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills are required

Excellent influence, communication, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior management

Strong organizational, research, and project management skills

Exceptional skills in relationship management

Partner with Sourcers and Talent Management to identify and implement internal and external talent initiatives and sourcing strategies

As needed, help manage search firm engagements and partnerships, ensuring an effective process and positive candidate/client experience

Enable superior Internal and External Relationship Management

Assess a candidate's skills, experience, and leadership capabilities against a client's needs.

Build, manage and/or nurture client relationships – Interpret client needs and translate them to the search process.

Direct internal research efforts including identifying targets for candidate sourcing.

Communicate client needs in a compelling manner to potential candidates.

Utilize firm technology, including the project database, to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.

Convey to clients the advantages of Curative versus other choices in the marketplace.

Create and maintain a best-in-class client and candidate experience

Lead the offer process in collaboration with partners; negotiate and close executive candidates

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

10 years of demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally focused on executive search built through external firms and/or corporate recruiting

Strategic research, sourcing and pipeline building experience

Demonstrable experience collaborating with senior HR business partners and leaders across the organization to influence hiring decisions and process

· 7+ years executive recruiting experience (agency or in house)

· MUST HAVE ACTUAL EXECUTIVE RECRUITING EXPERIENCE

· Experience at or working with retained search firms

· Quick learner who enjoys acquiring knowledge in new subject areas

· Develop your knowledge around the world of business, org structure, and venture capital

Very organized and analytical, with well-developed project and time management skills.

Prepare client-specific technology tools for each project, including applicant tracking software, referral management software, and unique email addresses.

Manage client intake process and collect discovery materials to assess each client’s capacity.

Use client information, industry research, and additional sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client, industry, and position requirements.

Prepare stakeholder communications and schedule meetings and manage logistics for interviews, listening sessions, surveys, and more.

Conduct brief initial interviews with top-ranked candidates to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and key competencies.
