You need access to and experience with:

Repurposing my short form videos on all of my social media platforms daily (eg. Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube shorts, Pinterest, etc)

Adding captions/descriptions/hashtags strategically based on content of video (though, most will be provided)

Respecting nuances of each platform to optimize each post re-purposing

Posting my videos manually and scheduling within the native platform's scheduling app

Sensory (ADA) Requirements: The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing and speaking abilities.

Manages all aspects of receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and related distribution and logistics functions.

Develops a functional budget and manages to the budget.

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to swiftly and accurately understand complex data and perform analysis

Manage all jobs from initial bidding to billing. Includes writing orders, take offs, coordinating delivery and product completion.

College graduate or High School diploma with 3+ years’ experience

Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills

Knowledge of glass fabrication preferred.

Write up all orders to complete projects.

Secure bids from vendors when appropriate.

Manage departmental budget, including all metric performance and payroll

Manage the overall leadership in safety awareness and performance in the department and throughout the QCC.

Effectively manage labor through planning, scheduling, and assessment of operational needs.

Manage & develop distribution team by conducting regularly scheduled meetings, timely performance reviews and effectively resolving performance issues.

Act as liaison with In-Bound Transportation Manager to resolve problems with delivery, order accuracy, supply, invoicing and rejections of in-bound freight.

Maintain a high level of productivity through on-the-job training, measurement and follow-up.

7 - 10 years management experience within a high-volume distribution center.

Manage daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy.

Experience leading a warehouse team including: hiring, training and motivating.

Must be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device Quality Assurance/Quality Systems and theory.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of cGMPs, FDA regulations, ISO 9001 Standards and industry guidelines.

7+ years of proven experience in distribution, production, logistics, operations planning or facility management and management.

Responsible for oversight and managerial control of a large distribution center.

5+ years of supervisory experience required.

You will work an onsite schedule and report to the Senior Regional Distribution Manager.
