Experience in investigation of root causes and driving implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and internal issues.

Experience using common problem-solving tools, preferably 9 Step, 8D, A3.

Ability to organize tasks and manage time to complete multiple assignments simultaneously.

Assist with reviewing and communicating ImPaQ (Quality Management System) cases
