Summary

As Associate Professional Quality - Remote, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission

  • Conducts audits of provider enrollment applications and identified provider maintenance tasks to assess the accuracy of processing in accordance with operational policies and procedures. Prepares audit reports of findings to identify both strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in establishing and documenting a tailored strategy quality plan for the performance of quality assurance activities for assigned projects or tasks to include documentation of progress.
  • Monitors and measures the quality of inbound and/or outbound calls for Provider Enrollment Services and evaluates compliance with established performance standards.
  • Maintains knowledge of requirements and process changes for both the Account and Client.

The pay range for this position is $41,300.00 - $59,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
