Assistant Managers need to possess strong leadership qualities and be capable of running store operations. Additionally, Assistant Managers must have a proven track record of operational consistency and customer focus.

Requirements


  • Training role
  • Weekly inventories
  • A restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants
  • Cash control/Bank deposits
  • Assisting GM with interviews
  • Daily over site of food cost and labor percentages
  • Daily over site and completion of the checklist
  • Assisting with weekly schedules
  • Prep/Identification of need
  • Running shifts
  • Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of others
  • Food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high quality
  • Must be available to work 40 hours a week
  • Food and beverage orders
