Participates in utilization management committees and works on special projects related to utilization management as needed.

Ability to lead small projects. Working knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques

Participate in training and development opportunities to improve knowledge and skillsets

Working knowledge of user experience / user interface design techniques, including wireframes and prototyping

Participates in the responsible management of health care resources.

Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients in the following age groups:

Documents thoroughly, following regulatory and hospital requirements.

Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Electronic medical records software
