Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Estimate professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and experience in estimating projects. As a Sales and Estimate professional, you will be responsible for generating new leads and building relationships with clients, as well as accurately estimating project costs and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients

Prepare and present sales proposals and estimates to clients

Work with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate project costing and timelines

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and estimate records


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Proven track record of sales success

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of project estimation and costing principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
