Experience, skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the position:

Dental professional training (any level) or 5+ years of experience working within a dental clinic or practice in a non-clinical capacity.

Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and the drive to empower partners through various channels.

Proven track record to manage complex partnerships and multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations and drive actions.

Spanish language abilities are a plus.

Technical: Experience with workforce management solutions/applications including payroll, time and attendance software. High level of customer service and communication skills

Vision: Strong execution experience with attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture.

2+ years experience in workforce planning

Travel: Willingness to travel within the local region to surrounding VEG Hospitals.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000 salary per year

Job Title: Manager of Internal Evaluation Program (IEP)

2-5 years of experience in Workforce/ Labor Management roles for a minimum of 15 locations

Collaborate with HR, Operations and field management on identifying opportunities to further optimize our workforce

Manage changes to Workforce Management platform to ensure adequate resource coverage across stores

Act as the gatekeeper of retail workload and effectively manage business partner relationships to cadence workload and prioritize key activities

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in retail environment; leadership experience is preferred

Demonstrable ethical behavior, professionalism, interpersonal skills, leadership and management abilities that are sufficient to effectively direct and develop staff and students.

Must have program management skills, including, but not limited to:

Excellent judgment and decision-making, with strong analytical skills; business intuition, and business acumen. Experience with workforce data is preferred

Experience composing significant organizational planning documents such as workforce development, strategic, health assessment, or another equally significant planning document

Experience in program evaluation, including logic model development

Keep abreast of and develop specialized knowledge of significant workforce datasets
