Drive the implementation of release management

Utilize the Panasonic Data Management and Security Protocols to protect, properly share, and store data

Assist in following proper procedures to ensure compliance related to Panasonic Policy, Systems and Data Management Protocols

Follow change management process to ensure quality and consistency across all System and Data platforms

Partner with customers to gather business requirements

3 plus years of relevant work experience

Escalate timesheet-related questions/issues to management, as appropriate.

Reassign timesheet each week to appropriate manager to complete when employee is on approved leave.

Create new schedules in the time entry system (Oracle) and adjust employee schedules in Oracle based on manager requests.

In lieu of a degree, at least 4 years’ experience in an entry level system administrator role.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

2+ years of people management experience

Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices.

2+ years experience configuring Workday Payroll (preference for Absence & Time Tracking)

Experience with third-party Payroll providers (ADP & CloudPay preferred)

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are essential

Preferred experience maintaining systems that support complex organizations covering multiple geographies

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in timekeeping, Payroll, or Human Resource Management with Workday.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 1-year related experience in a professional environment.

5%- Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Lead Workday Absence Management Specialist

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of absence management processes, policies, and regulations within the supply chain domain.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results within specified timelines.

Project Management skills as it relates to managing own work or larger project, including planning, time management and relevant tools.

Must comprehend basic project management concepts and methods.

For training department - Possess a level of proficiency and knowledge of learning technology systems and applications.

Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience

Must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (email/calendar).

5 years of absence management service delivery and claim support

Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) preferred

7+ years of STD and absence management service delivery and claim support preferred
