Sr Workday Integrations Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Lead Workday platform and ecosystem management efforts across the organization in alignment with the established strategy.

Manage the release process which includes coordinating, testing, and communicating Workday enhancements to HR and Finance departments.

Ensure system and data integrity, risk management and mitigation strategies by supporting policies from information security and compliance.

Partner with business, internal and external technology teams, to define associated system requirements and solutions.

Bachelor's degree or related field and/or equivalent practical experience.

At least 8 years of professional IT experience.

Minimum 5-7 years’ experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

Should have experience in Mule version 4 onwards in MuleSoft ESB, MuleSoft CloudHub.

Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels

Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Support legal compliance reporting and requirements; develop and maintain reporting and compliance capabilities for EEO, AAP and OFCCP reporting requirements.

Escalate process change requests, system enhancements or any other major resource requests to department management and IT for approval/prioritization.

Resource for lesser experienced team members; providing informal guidance to solve the most complex, non-routine problems.

Consult with cross-functional departments (i.e., HR, Payroll, IT, etc.) to recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business requirements.

Document system design and processes for the training, reference, and education of associates on processes and system functionality.

Strong organization skills and ability to interact with internal business partners (coordinating between functional requirements definition and other resources executing configuration)

Responsibility for all phases of new data exchange development; documenting, updating, and communicating business requirements, overseeing testing, and facilitating on-time launch

Communication with clients and vendors regarding requirements gathering and analysis

Coordination with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structure, file layouts, field mappings, and profiles

Coordination with project manager to maintain project tracking documentation and status reports

Primary link between internal and external parties to document all requirements for specifications for data exchanges across assigned clients/vendors

A successful candidate will have deep functional expertise in 1 or more of these functional areas: Financial Aid or students Finance.

The analyst is responsible for group activities that develop requirements and design documentation along with use cases, based on user input.

Minimum 5 years of experience

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Payroll, Tax, HR operations, employee data management or related function is required.

Perform the reconciliation of the SAP Organizational Management data and the associated work flow processes

Exposure to Shared Service center applications (especially case management) is preferred.
