Experience in system diagnostics, capturing system logs/dumps, and analyzing data to identify and remediate issues effectively.

Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve latency issues and implement appropriate solutions.

InTune Admin: Oversee the strategy and operations, formulating device and application management policies, and establish an implementation plan for Autopilot.

5 years of Windows administrator experience.

2 years of experience with Office365 and InTune.

Experience using ngnx, or Weblogic.

O365 Admin: Manage and strategize for Exchange, Sharepoint, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint Manager.

Flexible schedules and remote working options.

Experience with COOLICE/GATETOOL and IIS knowledge.

Experience with BIS/2200 and BIS/Windows

BIS Administration/Coordination experience with expertise using MapAdmin and PCMA.

ORACLE skill using Net Configuration Assistant and SQL Developer.

Must be located within continental US (Remote)

Possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English

Expertise in Configuration Management, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation it including Amazon Web Service (AWS)

Vmware Virtualisation Administration, vCenter Management,

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and VMware virtualization administration

Hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory, DNS, DC, Data Base, WSUS, and File server configuration and administration

Very good knowledge of Network Administration, and Familiar with Firewall and load balancer(F5) configuration and administration

The Candidate must possess the minimum Education / Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or Associates Degree (A.A./A.S.) in a related field or at minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification.

Two (2) years of Windows System administrator experience in current operating systems

Experience in installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc

Experience in performing software upgrades and patch implementation

Candidate must possess strong oral communication and written comprehension capabilities.

Manage disaster recovery plans and disaster recovery quality assurance tests for the server infrastructure to ensure business continuity.

Assist with determining implementing systems requirements and technical baselines.

Provide level three servicedesk support and services to users in a courteous and professional manner.

In conjunction with the telephony team, maintain and troubleshoot phone and voice mail system.

Maintain server patching through WSUS monthly.

Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.

Communicate effectively with peer employees and senior management.

Perform assigned duties independently with moderate management oversight.

5-7 years' experience as a Windows systems administrator with 24x7 on-call rotation responsibilities

Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services

Bachelor’s Degree (MIS or Computer Science) or equivalent IT work experience

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification

Must have working knowledge of basic Microsoft Windows server management.

Capable of working independently, a self-starter who performs initiatives that provide solutions for business requirements.

Must have Active Directory and Exchange account experience

Remote access - VDI, Citrix
