Identify and advise OLAPLEX management of any opportunities for improvement within distributor teams, procedures or processes

Master knowledge of the OLAPLEX brand, products and programs, and confidently convey this knowledge to professional salons and distributor partners

Build credible and collaborative working relationships with internal cross-functional/cross-channel colleagues, including Education, Marketing and OLAPLEX Advocates

Minimum of 5 years sales experience with a proven history of reaching or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and presentation skills

Prior knowledge and passion for OLAPLEX a plus

Previous management experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant, or convenience store environment

Act as a liaison between the Store Managers and Regional Director to maximize efficiency and profitability

What you'll do as a District Manager:

Proven track records in Sales, Business Development and Account management

Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Energy industry, Maintenance and Turnarounds sales experience preferred.

Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) on different client levels. Excellent listening skills

Driver’s license with 2 years experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older

Starting pay: $13-$17/hr (based on experience)

Previous Category Management, Insights, Analytics, or other relevant experience within the consumer packaged goods industry

Strong planning/organizing skills; the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Previous experience in analyzing and interpreting data.

Prior experience with VIP table service, club management of similar is not required but will be well received.
