They provide advice and assistance to workers in filing claims, obtaining medical care, and navigating the workers’ compensation system. They also provide guidance to employers on how to comply with workers’ compensation laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description A Virtual Workers Compensation Representative is responsible for providing advice and assistance to workers who have been injured on the job. They must be knowledgeable about workers’ compensation laws and regulations and be able to explain them to workers and employers. They must be able to assess the situation and provide advice on how to proceed with filing a claim. They must also be able to provide guidance to employers on how to comply with workers’ compensation laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulations
